The <span class="attribute-to-highlight medbox">NOAA</span> <span class="attribute-to-highlight medbox">Physical</span> <span class="attribute-to-highlight medbox">Sciences</span> <span class="attribute-to-highlight medbox">Laboratory</span> (<span class="attribute-to-highlight medbox">PSL</span>) conducts research to improve observations, understanding, modeling and predictions of weather, water and climate extremes, and their related impacts.
