Our World in Data is a non-profit website that brings together the data and research on the powerful, long-run trends reshaping our world: Through interactive data visualizations we show how the world has changed; by summarizing the scientific literature we explain why. Accessed 26 February 2019.
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals adopted by world leaders in September 2015 set out a vision for a world free of poverty, hunger, disease and want. SDG 3, “Good Health and Well-Being,” calls on countries to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.
