Ce PNDS4, contrairement aux PND...S antérieurs couvre une période restante pour la mise en œuvre de la Politique Nationale de Santé 2016-2030. Le PNDS4 est le dernier segment du cycle de la planification stratégique de la mise en œuvre de la Politique Nationale de Santé (PSN) qui est alignée sur la vision du « Tchad que nous voulons » et l’atteinte des Objectifs de Développement Durable.
