Report on Main Findings
The review encompasses three complementary components: 1) a review of published literature 2000-2015 on NCDs and their risk factors; 2) qualitative interviews with key actors engaged in NCD research in Myanmar; and 3) additional reviews of Myanmar ethical committee inqui...ries and postgraduate research on NCDs in Myanmar. This report outlines the key findings from the three components including a synthesis of the key outcomes from the literature review and qualitative interviews, and an assessment of the gaps in the evidence against a framework of evidence needs.

de caso suspeito do COVID-19, de modo a incluir infecção respiratória aguda grave... e aconselha a testagem de todos os casos de doença respiratória aguda grave (SARI).1 Contudo, muitos Estados Membros ainda não começaram a implementar estas alterações, pois ainda estão a concentrar os esforços na vigilância de indivíduos com histórico de viagem para uma área com transmissão local do COVID-19. Isto significa que os doentes com sintomas semelhantes, mas sem contacto aparente, podem não ser investigados.

This checklist helps to identify the necessary measures to be implemented to mitigate infection transmission among travellers and ground-crossing staff in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. It features key questions and considerations for gauging the capacity of responding to COVID-19 transmissio...n risks and informing on reducing them at and around ground crossings. It does so in the form of a structured questionnaire. The guidance will have particular relevance for National International Health Regulations Focal Points and competent authorities at the point of entry, including relevant representatives of ground crossing authority/ies of the country such as public health authorities, and representatives from other sectors, including law enforcement, customs and migration.
