Gerade im Zusammenhang mit der Anerkennung der Notwendigkeit genderbewusste Konflikttransformationsprozesse in der Projektarbeit zu unterstützen, sind psychosoziale Konzepte und Methoden immer wichtiger geworden. Dennoch ist bei vielen MitarbeiterInnen der IZ nach wie vor wenig bekannt, was mit psychosozial eigentlich gemeint ist.
