This algorithm is addressed to laboratories with established capacity(molecular, antigenic and/orserological) to detect dengue (DENV), Zika (ZIKV), and chikungunya(CHIKV) as part of the differential diagnosis for arborviruses. A BSL2 containment level is required to handle suspected samples.
