Reorienting budgetary arrangements positions governments to sustain the capacity to mitigate and respond to COVID-19 while concurrently delivering other essential health services and working towards Universal Health Coverage (UHC). The reorientation process is an opportunity to better align budgetary arrangements to sustain systemic capacity to prevent emerging health threats over the short, medium, and long terms.

de la santé publique, la pandémie a atteint un pic le 9 avril avec 69 cas enregistrés en une journée pour ensuite connaitre une courbe descendante. Cette tendance se maintient en dépit de la progression de la pandémie à Zinder, ainsi que dans les régions d’Agadez et de Diffa, qui étaient, jusqu’au 30 avril 2020, les seules régions épargnées par la COVID-19, et le fait que 169 agents de santé, soit 18,4% de cette catégorie de personnel, figurent parmi les cas confirmés.

acteurs du niveau intermédiaire, périphérique avec l’appui technique des partenaires. Audelà du caractère descriptif de la situation sanitaire, il apparait comme un outil de plaidoyer et interpelle sur les efforts à consentir pour une amélioration de l’état de santé des populations. Il comporte six sections que sont (i) les données générales, (ii) les ressources en santé, (iii) la santé de la mère et de l’enfant, (iv) les maladies à potentiel épidémique, (v) les maladies d’intérêt spécial, (vi) l’utilisation des services de santé.
