Изучались 180 медицинских карт пациентов, имевших симптоматическую и криптогенную формы заболевания. Анализ заключался в оценке анамнестических данных, параметров ЭЭГ-исследований и нейровизуализации. Результаты. Установлено преобладание гипоксически-ишемической энцефалопатии в этиологической структуре заболевания. Возраст манифестации чаще приходился на период от года до 3 лет. Наиболее частой локализаци-
ей эпилептогенного очага явилась область височной и лобной доли. Наиболее длительный латентный период отмечен при ЧМТ, а наиболее короткий — при нейроинфекциях и последствиях внутриутробных инфекций. Заключение. Симптоматическая эпилепсия у детей является многофакторным заболеванием, течение и проявление которого в значительной мере зависят от инициального повреждения, вызвавшего данную патологию.
