D’un format facilement accessible, simple à utiliser, le présent document décrit succinctement
les problèmes liés à la santé et aux droits en matière de sexualité et de reproduction qui peuvent
affecter les droits fondamentaux, la santé et le bien-être des adolescents (âgés de 10 à... 19 ans)
et il présente les lignes directrices pertinentes de l’Organisation mondiale de la Santé (OMS). Ce
document donne accès aux nombreuses lignes directrices formulées par l’OMS, et il constitue
une source d’informations utile pour les activités de sensibilisation, la conception des politiques
et des programmes ou projets et la recherche. Son objectif est de soutenir la mise en oeuvre
de la stratégie mondiale pour la santé des femmes, des enfants et des adolescents 2016–2030 (1), en conformité avec le cadre pour une action mondiale accélérée en faveur de la santé des
adolescents et avec le cadre opérationnel de l’OMS sur la santé sexuelle et ses liens avec la
santé reproductive (2,3).

La communication sur les risques est un aspect à part entière des interventions d’urgence. Il s’agit de l’échange en temps réel d’informations, de conseils et d’avis entre les experts, les responsables communautaires, les décideurs politiques et les populations en situation de risque.... Lors d’une épidémie, d’une pandémie, d’une crise humanitaire ou d’une catastrophe naturelle, une communication sur les risques efficace permet aux populations les plus exposées de comprendre les comportements à adopter pour se protéger. Ainsi, les autorités et les experts peuvent être à l’écoute des inquiétudes et des besoins, chercher à y répondre et faire en sorte que leurs conseils soient pertinents, fiables et recevables

Le présent rapport annuel 2016 met en exergue la contribution du Bureau de la Représentation de l’OMS aux efforts de santé du gouvernement du Niger. Il porte sur l’état de réalisation des activités planifiées dans le plan de travail biennal 2016-2017 entre l’OMS et le Ministère de la S...anté Publique. Les activités réalisées ont pu aboutir grâce à une étroite collaboration établie entre les équipes techniques du bureau de l’OMS et du Ministère de la Santé ainsi qu’avec les partenaires au secteur de la santé.

Le plan stratégique du Centre des Opérations d'Urgence Sanitaire du Sénégal 2016-2018 s'inscrit dans la vision des authorités politiques, et en premier lieu dans le deuxième pilier du Plan Sénégal Émergent, visent à renforcer le capital humain, la protection sociale et le développement du...rable.
Les crises sanitaires étant susceptibles d'ébranler les efforts du Sénégal vers l'émergence, leur maîtrise est du la toute première importance.
Ce plan stratégique est par ailleurs aligné au Plan national de Dévloppement Sanitaire et contribue à fournir un cadre pécis d'action dans son rôle de renforcement du système de gestion des urgences et catastrophes sanitaires d'ampleur nationale.

Évaluation du programme burkinabé dans les districts de Kaya et de Zorgho
Objectif. L’objectif central de cette thèse est d’évaluer, dans des conditions réelles d’implantation, les effets du programme burkinabé de prise en charge communautaire du paludisme sur le recours aux soins de...s enfants fébriles. Les objectifs spécifiques sont : (1) de sonder les perceptions des ASC à l’égard du programme et explorer les facteurs contextuels susceptibles d’affecter leur performance ; (2) d’estimer le recours aux ASC par les enfants fébriles et identifier ses déterminants ; (3) de mesurer, auprès des enfants fébriles, le changement des pratiques de recours aux soins induit par l’introduction d’une intervention concomitante – la gratuité des soins dans les centres de santé.

Le Sénégal a réalisé des Enquêtes Démographiques et de Santé (EDS) en 1986, 1992, 1997, 2005, et 2010-2011. Au sortir de l’édition de 2010-2011, notre pays s’est engagé dans la mise en œuvre d’un programme d’enquêtes dont la périodicité de collecte de données est ramenée à un... an (EDScontinue). A la suite de la phase pilote du projet de l’enquête Continue (2012-2017) initiée par l’USAID, le Ministère de l’Economie, du Plan et de la Coopération à travers l’ANSD avec la collaboration du Ministère
de la Santé et de l’Action Sociale, s’est engagé pour pérenniser l’enquête Continue. Ce rapport présente les résultats de la deuxième année de pérennisation (2019).

Mettre fin au choléra- Feuille de route mondiale pour 2030 rend opérationnelle la nouvelle stratégie mondiale de lutte contre le choléra au niveau des pays et fournit une voie concrète vers un monde où le choléra ne représente plus une menace pour la santé publique. En mettant en œuvre la ...stratégie d’ici à 2030, les partenaires du Groupe spécial mondial de lutte contre le choléra (GTFCC) aideront les pays à réduire de 90 % les décès dus au choléra. Avec l’engagement des pays touchés par le choléra, des partenaires techniques et des donateurs, pas moins de 20 pays pourraient éliminer la transmission de la maladie d’ici 2030.
