Il comporte six sections que sont (i) les données générales, (ii) les ressources en santé, (iii) la santé de la mère et de l’enfant, (iv) les maladies à potentiel épidémique, (v) les maladies d’intérêt spécial, (vi) l’utilisation des services de santé.
