The DIMRG provides that the German Federal Parliament officially responds to the report. The fourth report 2018/2019 covers the period 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019.

L'OMS a développé une définition de cas clinique de l'état post COVID-19 par la méthodologie Delphi qui comprend 12 domaines, disponible pour ...une utilisation dans tous les contextes. Cette première version a été élaborée par des patients, des chercheurs et d'autres personnes, représentant toutes les Régions de l'OMS, étant entendu que la définition peut changer à mesure que de nouvelles preuves apparaissent et que notre compréhension des conséquences de la COVID-19 continue d'évoluer.
L'état post COVID-19 survient chez les personnes ayant des antécédents d'infection probable ou confirmée par le CoV-2 du SRAS, généralement 3 mois après l'apparition de symptômes qui durent au moins 2 mois et ne peuvent être expliqués par un autre diagnostic. Les symptômes courants comprennent la fatigue, l'essoufflement, le dysfonctionnement cognitif mais aussi d'autres et ont généralement un impact sur le fonctionnement quotidien. Les symptômes peuvent être d'apparition récente après le rétablissement initial d'un épisode aigu de COVID-19 ou persister depuis la maladie initiale. Les symptômes peuvent également fluctuer ou rechuter au fil du temps.

El objetivo general del marco es apoyar a la OMS y a los Estados Miembros en lo relativo a la participación significativa de las personas con enfe...rmedades no transmisibles y afecciones de salud mental y neurológicas con vistas a la creación conjunta y la mejora de políticas, programas y servicios que les afectan. Este marco contribuirá a avanzar en la comprensión, el conocimiento y las medidas adoptadas sobre la participación significativa y los enfoques participativos conexos a partir de una base empírica en evolución. En él se ofrece orientación práctica y medidas para pasar de la intención a la acción y hacer realidad la participación significativa. El objetivo del marco es orientar a quienes trabajan en la OMS y en los Estados Miembros para hacer realidad la participación significativa de las personas con experiencia vivida. La OMS promoverá, brindará asistencia técnica y pondrá en marcha el marco en sus tres niveles (Sede, oficinas regionales y oficinas en los países) y apoyará a los Estados Miembros en la aplicación a nivel nacional mediante los procesos y procedimientos establecidos.

Las alianzas satisfactorias entre el sector encargado del suministro de agua, el saneamiento y la higiene (WASH, por su sigla en inglés) y los programas de lucha contra las enfermedades tropicales desatendidas (ETD) pueden contribuir a lograr esta aspiración. Sin embargo, colaborar para encontrar juntos esas nuevas formas, exige nuevos modos de pensar. En esta edición corregida se presenta un conjunto de herramientas para ayudar a los países y los programas de lucha contra la ETD a colaborar con la comunidad relacionada con las acciones de agua, saneamiento e higiene, y guía en la creación de alianzas, en la movilización de recursos y en el diseño, la aplicación y la evaluación de las intervenciones. Más que una guía de “buenas prácticas”, se trata de un conjunto de herramientas basadas en la experiencia adquirida en la realidad de un programa.
