This report presents further analysis of the 2015 Nepal Health Facility Survey. Data analysis is based on the Donabedian framework for assessing quality of care in health services, which divides the indicators into three groups: structure, process, and outcome. The World Health Organization Service ...Availability and Readiness Assessment (SARA) indicator guideline was used to assess facility service readiness, service quality and client satisfaction with maternal health services. The study performed both bivariate and multivariate regression analysis to examine the association of maternal health service readiness and quality indicators with client satisfaction.

Одна из главных задач психиатрических служб – выяв-ление молодых людей ...з группы риска и предложение эффективных методов лечения. Данная глава содержит обзор суицидальности детей и подростков. Несуицидальные самоповреждения также будут рассмотрены, но основное внимание будет уделено суицидальным попыткам и завершенным суицидам. Обзор включает данные эпидемиологии, сведения о факторах риска и осо-бенностях этиологии, клинических проявлениях, диагностике, лечении и про-филактике. Поскольку акцент мы сделали на клинических проблемах, в этот обзор не вошли сведения о нейропсихобиологии суицидальности.

Some 32% of internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Ukraine suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as a result of the conflict in the east.
Among the 2,203 respondents surveyed across Ukraine, the study also found a high prevalence of mental disorders such as depression (22%) and anxiety ...(17%), particularly among women. This has a significant effect on family and community relations, the ability to work or even do basic tasks such as walking.
Moreover, the study noted that 74% of respondents in need of psychiatric care do not receive it, mainly due to a high cost of mental healthcare and medicine.
