Le règlement du Parlement européen et du Conseil européen n°604-2013 du 26 juin 2013, dit « Règlement Dublin III », est un texte normatif de l'Union européenne, de 49 articles, consacré au règlement juridiqü du droit d'asile en vertu de la Convention de Genève (art. 51) dans l'Union euro...péenne pour des étrangers qui formulent une demande d'asile dans un pays et sont interpellés dans un autre pays de l'Union européenne.

Au Sénégal, la mortalité infanto-juvénile est surtout causée par le paludisme les maladies diarrhéiques et les infections respiratoires aigües (IRA). Des travaux ont montré que 80% des décès d’enfants de zéro à cinq ans (0 à 5 ans) surviennent dans les maisons ...sans aucun contact avec les services de santé. D’où la nécessité de mettre en place des interventions à base communautaire efficaces pour réduire cette mortalité. A ce propos, la problématique de la consolidation et de l’élargissement des interventions à base communautaire se pose avec beaucoup d’acuité.

Le guide du relais communautaires.
L’objectif de la Politique de santé communautaire est de contribuer à la réduction de la morbidité, de la mortalité et des handicaps, avec la pleine participation des communautés.
Cet atlas présente des résultats régionaux de la cinquième phase de l’Enquête Continue (Enquête Continue 2017) qui a été exécutée d’avril à décembre 2017 par l’Agence Nationale de la Statistique et de la Démographie (ANSD), le Ministère de la Santé et de l’Action Sociale (MSAS...) et la Cellule de Lutte contre la Malnutrition. L’Enquête Continue 2017 a été réalisée avec l’appui financier du Gouvernement du Sénégal, de l’Agence des États-Unis pour le Développement International (USAID), de l’UNICEF (United Nations Children Fund), de l’UNFPA (United Nations Population Fund) de Nutrition International, et de la Banque Mondiale. Elle a bénéficié de l’assistance technique de The Demographic and Health Surveys Program (DHS Program) de ICF dont l’objectif est de collecter, d’analyser et de diffuser des données démographiques et de santé.

Un évènement de santé publique grave (PHE) consiste en une flambée quelconque ou en toute
autre situation en évolution rapide qui peut avoir un impact négatif sur la santé humaine et exiger
une évaluation et des actions immédiates. Le terme prend en compte tout évènement n’ayant pas
...encore entraîné la maladie chez l’homme mais susceptible de la causer à travers une exposition à
des environnements, des produits manufacturés, des animaux, de l’eau ou de la nourriture infectés
ou contaminés. Le Règlement sanitaire international (2005) entend par «risque pour la santé
publique», «la probabilité d’un événement qui peut nuire à la santé des populations humaines,
plus particulièrement d’un événement pouvant se propager au niveau international ou présenter
un danger grave et direct.»

Ce Manuel est destiné aux jeunes médecins, aux paramédicaux et aux étudiants qui sollicitent régulièrement la consultation d’un ouvrage pratique pouvant les orienter lors de leurs débuts en réanimation. Ce Manuel ne veut être ni un livre de référence exhaustif, ni un livret de recettes.... Il veut combiner des bases physiopathologiques simples à des recommandations
pratiques utiles en pratique courante. Les informations doivent souvent être complétées par d’autres sources. Cet ouvrage sera parfois trop en « franglais » aux yeux de certains. Il n’y a en tout cas aucun effort à trouver la traduction française de sigles et même de mots qui sont largement utilisés dans la littérature, et ainsi passés dans un langage que je qualifierai
d’international. J’espère que ce livre sera utile. Cette cinquième édition a permis certaines améliorations, largement dues aux remarques et critiques, qui sont toujours très appréciées.
