ыла провозглашена цель к 2030 г. добиться элиминации вирусных гепатитов как угрозы общественному здоровью путем реализации (с достаточным уровнем охвата) пяти следующих основных вмешательств: иммунизация против гепатита B; профилактика передачи вируса гепатита B (ВГВ) от матери ребенку; обеспечение безопасности донорской крови и инъекций; принятие мер снижения вреда для людей, употребляющих инъекционные наркотики; предоставление услуг тестирования и лечения.
