IPC capacities (protocols, safety measures, guidelines) and the availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) for staff;

Zambia has been recording an increase in morbidity and mortality due to Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as cancers, diabetes, chronic respiratory and cardiovascular diseases.
