L’OMS a publié des recommandations pour la surveillance mondiale de la COVID-19, qui donnent la définition des cas et des contacts pour la déclaration à l’OMS. En plus de la recherche active des cas et du dépistage, il est essentiel d’intensifier les activités de surveillance pour déterminer si la COVID-19 se transmet au sein de la communauté et pour suivre l’évolution de la transmission communautaire.
